the HEALTHY HABIT for 60 days Welcome to my version of “75 Hard” !! I have attempted 75 Hard in the past, and personally, I did not like it because I felt that it restricted and overworked my body. I realized that 75 Hard was tainting my perspective on fitness, nutrition, & “healthy habits..” therefore, I decided to create MY OWN challenge !! 💡 Here is the breakdown — 1️⃣ “Diet” : No eating out Sunday - Friday, No alcohol 2️⃣ Hydration : Drink 1 gallon of water per day 3️⃣ Prayer / Gratitude : 5-10 minutes per day 4️⃣ Exercise : 2 sessions per day— 1 weight lifting & 1 cardio based (30 min minimum) 5️⃣ Progress Picture : Take 1 photo of yourself every day For more IN DEPTH information, head over to “START HERE” in this program!! It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
